Cancellation policy
Casa Palma 12 strictly follows the cancellation policy with no exceptions. Reservation cancellation applicable to all available accommodations:
If you cancel:
– Up to 14 days before check -in , you will receive a 100% refund (you will keep 0% of the reservation amount).
– Less than 14 days before check -in , you will not receive any refund (you will keep 100% of the amount of the reservation).
In all cases, you can waive the refund and use 100% of the reservation on any other calendar day (always subject to availability).
If you have booked through another reservation platform ( Booking , Airbnb, etc.) you will have to follow the cancellation policy of said platform.
Casa Palma 12 will not be responsible, in case of cancellation, for other personal expenses, such as plane tickets.
