The property is located 15 km from the most beautiful beaches of Garraf, Vilanova i la Geltrú, and Sitges, as well as 50 km from Barcelona, with all its attractions and cultural activities. The property is also close to Montserrat Mountain and its famous monastery.

At Casa Palma 12, pets, parties, and groups of young people are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property but is allowed on the terraces.

There are security cameras at the entrance, lobby, and terraces of the house. These cameras do not record video or audio; they are for surveillance only and are part of the security alarm system.

Guided tours to local wineries and vineyards can be arranged upon request, as well as bike tours through the Penedès vineyards (subject to availability).
